Shipping Information
At MaxieAllure, we strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as efficiently as possible.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that this processing time may vary in the event of complications with an order or during peak periods. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
Custom Orders:
For custom orders, such as press-on nails, the processing time is extended to 5-15 business days. This allows us to ensure that your custom items are made to the highest quality and meet your specific requirements. Please plan accordingly when placing a custom order.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number (if applicable) so you can monitor your shipment’s progress. If you encounter any issues with tracking or if the tracking information is not updating, please reach out to us at MaxieAllure@gmail.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Lost or Damaged Items:
In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at MaxieAllure@gmail.com. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage or the tracking information for lost items. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly, including sending out replacements or processing refunds when applicable.
Customs Duties and Taxes:
Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges incurred during international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are determined by the customs regulations of the destination country.
Order Modifications:
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to modify the items or change the shipping address, unless the order has not yet been processed or shipped. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible at MaxieAllure@gmail.com.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for certain shipping methods. Please ensure that you provide a valid street address for delivery.
Weekend/Holiday Shipping:
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed the next available business day.
Remote Areas:
Please note that deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach locations may take longer than the estimated shipping times.
