RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

At MaxieAllure, we take great pride in the quality of our products and aim to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges for items that are simply unwanted or due to a change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. After this period, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund, replacement, or exchange.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition that it was received

  • In its original packaging

Please note that MaxieAllure does not cover return postage costs at this time. We strongly recommend using a tracked postage service to ensure that your return reaches us safely. Returned items must be in resellable condition to be accepted.

Order Cancellations:
You may request to cancel an order prior to fulfillment. Once an order has been marked as fulfilled or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Sales and Promotions:
We do not accept returns based on the expectation of an upcoming sale, such as Black Friday promotions or other discounts.

Refund Processing:
Once your return is approved, please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

Lost Packages:
Once the courier has confirmed delivery of your package, we are no longer responsible for any lost or misplaced items. Please contact the relevant courier service directly for assistance.
